How to Log In to bd bazar

For OTP login, enter the 6-digit code sent to your mobile. For password login, simply click the "Sign In" button.

Once logged in successfully, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can see all your activity at a glance.

Having trouble logging in?

Users sometimes can't log in to bd bazar due to a forgotten password or unrecalled mobile number. Here are some common issues and how to fix them:

  • Forgot your password? Click the "Forgot Password?" link. An OTP will be sent to your registered number, allowing you to set a new password.
  • Changed your number? If you no longer have access to your old number, contact our support team. Your account can be recovered through KYC verification.
  • Account Locked? Five consecutive failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account. Wait 30 minutes or contact support to unlock it.
  • Not receiving your OTP? First, check your spam folder. If the OTP still hasn't arrived, click "Resend". If you're still not receiving it, contact support.
